• I am so happy to have discovered this dental practice, as having ongoing dental issues, it was the first thing I organised when I moved to Newton Abbot. Joanna is an amazing dentist who puts you at ease, explains everything clearly before and during the treatment and you leave smiling. She knows her stuff and I have full faith in her for my future treatment. My appointment with Fran was also excellent. She was thorough, friendly and gave me good aftercare advice.

• Had been warned some time ago that a major back tooth was loose, the time arrived rather suddenly to do something about it. Jean at Reception was very helpful when I attended in person. She found I could have an appointment to see Lauren (one of the dentists) half an hour later! On returning at the appointed time, I was seen almost immediately. The offending tooth was removed with speed and efficiency. I did not feel a thing!

• I needed an emergency appointment as a tooth which had been causing discomfort for a while became infected and painful. An hour and a quarter later, my usual excellent dentist being on holiday, I was seen by Lauren Andrews who listened carefully to the circumstances, offered advice and x-rayed the tooth. As it was inevitable that this tooth would have to be taken out eventually, I was expecting a long wait for specialist treatment but, given the altered state of it, Lauren felt she would probably be able to extract it herself. Twenty-four hours later, it was done! I found Lauren to be kind and caring, totally professional and very skilled. Thank you, Lauren, for rescuing me!
